A: For in-stock items, there is no MOQ. However, to offset the high international shipping costs, we suggest a minimum order of 500 square meters. For custom orders, the required quantity will depend on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely. Our advanced design team can fulfill your sample design requests seamlessly.

3. How do you control the quality?

A: Yes, we offer free samples of regular products, but the delivery cost must be covered by the requester. For custom carpet samples, sampling costs apply in addition to shipping (refer to section No.14-14 for detailed custom request requirements before quotation).

A: For in-stock goods, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit. Customized orders take 15-30 days, depending on the quantity.

A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing. Deliveries can be made by air, vessel, or express. By default, we use Jinzhou Port; other ports can be used upon request.
