A: For stock items, there is no specific MOQ. However, given the high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity will depend on the chosen pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?

3.How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that meticulously inspect every order before it is shipped out.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, free samples of our regular products are available. However, delivery costs will be borne by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there is a sampling fee plus shipping costs (refer to No.14-14 for custom request details before quoting).

A: Yes, definitely. Please send us your detailed customization requests, including logos.
6.What are your payment terms?
You can pay via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other payment methods. Just contact us for more information.

A: Generally, for stock items, delivery will be within 3-4 days after payment and receipt of a 30% deposit. For customized orders, it takes 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the quantity.

A: We provide EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing options. Delivery can be arranged by air, sea, or express. By default, we ship from Jinzhou Port unless otherwise requested.
