Installation Instructions
1.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For items in stock, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, due to the higher shipping costs for international orders, we recommend a minimum of 500 square meters to start. For custom orders, the quantity depends on the requested pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely! With our advanced design team, we can fully accommodate your requests.
3.How do you control the quality ?
A: Our dedicated QC teams rigorously inspect each order before dispatch to ensure superior quality.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, certainly. Free samples of our regular products are available, although the delivery costs are to be covered by the requester. For custom carpet samples, there may be a sampling cost in addition to shipping. (Refer to No.14 for detailed custom request information before quoting.)
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Absolutely. Please provide detailed requirements for your customized logo.
6.What is your payment terms ?
Payment can be made via L/C, Paypal, or T/T. Other payment terms are also available; just contact us for details.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For stock items, typically 3-4 days after receiving the 30% deposit. For custom orders, 15-30 days depending on the quantity and specifics.
8. How do I know if you will delivery the goods after we pay you the deposit ?
We offer trade assurance, so you can place your order there with confidence.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: Shipping options include EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF. You can select delivery by air, vessel, or express. Our default port is Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be requested.
