A: For items in stock, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, considering the high shipping costs abroad, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the requested colors, patterns, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely. Our advanced design team can fulfill your custom design requests.

3.How do you control the quality ?
A: We have dedicated Quality Control (QC) teams that inspect each order before delivery to ensure top-notch quality.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, free samples of our regular products are available, but the delivery cost must be covered by the customer. For custom carpets, a sampling cost will apply in addition to shipping. (Refer to Section No.14-14 for custom request details before quotation.)

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Absolutely. Please provide detailed requirements for your customized logo.

6.What is your payment terms ?
You can make the payment via L/C, PayPal, T/T, among other options. Please contact us for additional payment terms.

A: For items in stock, delivery is typically 3-4 days after payment. For customized orders, it takes 15-30 days after receiving payment, depending on the order quantity.

A: We provide EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. Delivery options include air, vessel, or express. By default, we use Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be arranged upon request.
