A: For stock items, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, given the high shipping costs abroad, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the colors, pattern, and yarn material (such as PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?

A: We have dedicated Quality Control (QC) teams who meticulously inspect every order before shipment.

A: Yes, we offer free samples of our regular products, with the delivery cost to be borne by the customer. For custom carpet samples, a sampling fee and shipping costs apply (refer to details on No.14-14 necessary details required of Custom Request before quotation).

A: For stock items, delivery is 3-4 days after receiving payment. For customized orders, it takes 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.

A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF prices. Delivery can be arranged by air, sea, or express. By default, we use Jinzhou Port unless another port is requested.
