A: For in-stock items, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity varies based on your requested colors, patterns, and yarn materials such as PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team is fully equipped to meet your bespoke requirements.

3.How do you control the quality ?
A: We have dedicated Quality Control (QC) teams that meticulously inspect every order before delivery.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, certainly. Samples of our regular products are available free of charge, though shipping costs must be covered by the recipient. For custom carpet samples, there will be a sampling fee in addition to shipping (details provided in Custom Request section No.14-14).

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Absolutely, OEM and ODM services are available. Please send us detailed requests for your customized logo.

6.What is your payment terms ?
You can make payments via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other terms upon request. Just contact us for more options.

A: Generally, for in-stock goods, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit. For customized orders, delivery takes 15-30 days, depending on the quantity.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing. You can choose delivery by air, sea, or express. By default, we ship from Jinzhou Port, though other ports are available upon request.
