A: For goods in stock, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, taking into account the high shipping costs abroad, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the requested colors, patterns, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

3.How do you control the quality?

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, we offer free samples of our regular products, with the delivery cost to be collected. Custom carpet samples will incur a sampling cost in addition to shipping (see details on No.14-14 for necessary details required for Custom Request before quotation).
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Absolutely. Please provide detailed requirements for your customized logo, and we will accommodate your request.
6.What are your payment terms?
Payment can be made via L/C, Paypal, T/T, and other methods upon contact.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for goods in stock, it will take 3-4 days after receiving payment. For customized orders, it will take 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.
8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
We offer trade assurance, so you can place your order with confidence.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing options. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. Without specific requests, the default port is Jinzhou Port; other ports can be arranged by request.
