A: For goods in stock, there is no MOQ. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend ordering at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the specified colors, patterns, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

A: Absolutely. Free samples of our regular products are available; however, the delivery cost must be covered by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there will be an additional sampling cost along with shipping fees. (Refer to No.14-14 for custom request details before quotation.)

A: Certainly. Please provide detailed requirements for your customized logo.

A: For in-stock items, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving the 30% deposit. Customized orders take approximately 15-30 days, depending on the quantity.
