A: For in-stock items, there is no MOQ. Given the high shipping costs for international orders, we recommend starting with a minimum of 500 square meters. For customized orders, MOQ depends on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) specified.

2.Q: Can you produce products based on customer-provided samples?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team can bring your sample designs to life.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Certainly. Free samples of our regular products are available; however, the delivery cost is to be borne by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there is a sampling cost in addition to shipping (refer to No.14-14 for necessary custom request details before quotation).

A: Yes, of course. Please send us detailed requirements for your custom logo.

6. What are your payment terms?

A: For in-stock items, delivery is within 3-4 days after payment. For customized orders, it takes 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the order quantity.
