A: For goods in stock, we don't impose a minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, due to the higher shipping costs for international delivery, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For custom orders, the MOQ depends on the specific colors, patterns, and yarn materials (e.g., PP, Nylon6, Nylon66) requested.

A: Yes, we offer free samples of our standard products. However, the delivery cost must be covered by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there is a sampling fee in addition to the shipping costs. Detailed information on custom requests is provided in section No.14-14.

A: Certainly. We provide OEM and ODM services and recommend sending us your detailed customization requests, including the logo design.

6. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept payments via L/C, PayPal, and T/T. Other payment terms are also available; please contact us for more details.

A: For stock items, delivery is typically within 3-4 days after receiving the payment. For custom orders, it usually takes 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the order quantity.

A: We provide EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. You can choose air, sea, or express delivery. By default, we ship from Jinzhou Port, but other ports are available upon request.
