A: For in-stock items, there's no MOQ. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For custom orders, the MOQ varies based on the selected pattern colors and yarn materials (such as PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely. Our advanced design team can tailor products to meet your specific requirements.

3. How do you control the quality?
A: Our dedicated QC teams rigorously inspect each order before dispatch, ensuring superior quality.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, samples of our regular products are free, but the delivery cost is borne by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there is a sampling fee in addition to shipping costs. (See section No.14-14 for custom request details before quoting.)

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Absolutely. Please provide detailed specifications for the custom logo.

6. What are your payment terms?
A: Payments can be made via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other terms upon request. Contact us for more details.

A: Generally, for in-stock goods, delivery is within 3-4 days after payment receipt of a 30% deposit. For custom orders, it takes 15-30 days, depending on the quantity.
