A: For items in stock, there is no MOQ. However, considering high shipping costs abroad, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the colors of the pattern and yarn material (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design provided by customers?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team can meet your requests seamlessly.

3.How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that meticulously check each order before delivery.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, of course. Free samples of our regular products are available, but the delivery cost is borne by the customer. For custom carpets, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping (see No.14-14 for Custom Request details before quoting).

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Yes, certainly. Please send us your detailed request for the customized logo.

6.What are your payment terms?
A: You can pay via L/C, PayPal, T/T. Other payment terms are available; just contact us.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For items in stock, generally 3-4 days after receiving the 30% deposit. For customized orders, 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay the deposit?
A: We offer trade assurance, so you can place your order with confidence.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF prices. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. Our local port is Jinzhou Port, but we can also ship from other ports upon request.
