A: For goods in stock, there's no MOQ. However, considering the high shipping costs internationally, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the colors, pattern, and yarn material (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team ensures that we can meet your design specifications seamlessly.

3.How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that inspect every order meticulously before delivery.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Certainly. Free samples of our regular products are available, but delivery costs are borne by the requester. For custom carpet samples, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping (refer to No.14-14 for necessary custom request details before quotation).

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Yes, indeed. Please provide us with detailed requirements for the customized logo.

6.What are your payment terms?
You can make payments via L/C, Paypal, T/T, and other available terms. Just contact us for more options.

A: Generally, for in-stock goods, 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit. For customized orders, 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. By default, we ship from our local port - Jinzhou Port, but other ports are available upon request.
