A: For products in stock, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, due to the high shipping costs for international delivery, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the chosen color patterns and yarn materials (such as PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

A: Certainly. Free samples of our regular products are available, with delivery costs to be borne by you. For custom carpet samples, a sampling fee applies in addition to shipping costs (refer to section No.14-14 for custom request details before quoting).

A: For in-stock items, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit payment. For customized orders, the delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days, depending on the order quantity.
