A: For in-stock goods, there is no MOQ. However, considering high international shipping costs, we recommend a minimum order of 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Our advanced design team is fully capable of meeting your custom design requests.

3. How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that meticulously inspect every order before dispatch.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Absolutely. Free samples of our regular products are available, with delivery costs to be borne by the recipient. For custom carpet samples, there will be additional sampling costs plus shipping (refer to No.14-14 for custom request details before quotation).

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Definitely. Please provide detailed requirements for your customized logo to proceed.

6. What are your payment terms?
A: Payments can be made via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other terms upon request. Please contact us for more information.

A: For in-stock items, delivery takes 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit. For custom orders, the timeframe ranges from 15-30 days, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay the deposit?
A: We offer trade assurance, allowing you to place your order with confidence.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We provide EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. You can choose delivery by air, sea, or express. By default, shipments are from Jinzhou Port, unless otherwise requested.
