A: For goods in stock, there is no MOQ. However, considering the high shipping costs for international orders, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the minimum quantity varies based on the colors, patterns, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team is fully capable of meeting your custom design requests.

3.How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams who meticulously inspect every order before it is shipped.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, we offer free samples of our regular products, though the delivery cost is borne by the customer. For custom carpets, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping fees (refer to section No.14-14 for detailed requirements on custom requests before quotation).

A: Certainly! Please provide detailed specifications for your customized logo.

6.What are your payment terms?
You can make payments via L/C, PayPal, or T/T. Other payment terms are also available upon contact.

A: For stock items, delivery takes 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit. For custom orders, delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days depending on the order quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
We offer trade assurance, allowing you to place your order with confidence.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. You can choose delivery by air, sea, or express. The default port is our local Jinzhou Port, but other ports are available upon request.
