Installation Instructions
1.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For in-stock items, there's no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the required quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely. We have an advanced design team that can fulfill your specific design requirements.
3.How do you control the quality ?
A: We have dedicated Quality Control (QC) teams that meticulously inspect every order before delivery.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, free samples of our regular products are available. However, the delivery cost must be covered by the requester. For custom carpets, there will be a sampling cost and shipping fee (refer to No.14-14 for necessary details required for custom requests before quotation).
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly. Please send us your detailed requirements for the customized logo.
6.What is your payment terms ?
A: Payments can be made via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other terms upon contact.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For in-stock goods, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving the 30% deposit. For customized orders, delivery takes 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the order quantity.
8. How do I know if you will delivery the goods after we pay you the deposit ?
A: We offer trade assurance, ensuring secure transactions and delivery.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing. Delivery options include air, sea, or express shipping. Our default port is Jinzhou Port, but we can accommodate other ports upon request.
