A: For items in stock, there is no MOQ. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely! With our advanced design team, we can cater to your unique design requests effortlessly.

3. How do you control the quality?
A: We have dedicated QC teams who meticulously inspect each order before delivery to ensure top-notch quality.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Certainly! We provide free samples of our regular products, with delivery costs to be borne by the customer. For custom carpets, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping (detailed in section No.14-14 of Custom Request requirements before quotation).

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Yes, absolutely. Please send us detailed requirements for the customized logo.

6. What are your payment terms?
We accept payments via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other terms upon request. Just get in touch with us for more options.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For stock items, 3-4 days after payment and a 30% deposit. For customized orders, 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
We offer trade assurance to secure your orders and payments.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We provide EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF prices. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be arranged upon request.
