A: For the goods in stock, there is no MOQ. However, due to the high international shipping costs, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity will depend on the specific colors, patterns, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

2. Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely! Our advanced design team is fully equipped to meet your specific design requests.

3. How do you control the quality?
A: We have our own dedicated QC teams who meticulously inspect every order before it is dispatched.

4. Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, certainly. Free samples of our regular products are available, although the delivery cost will need to be covered by you. For custom carpet samples, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping (refer to No.14-14 for the necessary details required for a custom request before quotation).

5. Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Yes, of course. Please provide us with your detailed requirements for the customized logo.

6. What are your payment terms?
You can make the payment via L/C, PayPal, or T/T. Other payment terms are also available; please contact us for more details.

A: Generally, for goods in stock, delivery is 3-4 days after receiving the payment and 30% deposit. For customized orders, delivery is 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the quantity.

A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. You can choose to have your goods delivered by air, vessel, or express. Without specific requests, we ship from our local port, Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be arranged upon request.
