A: For the goods in stock, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) required. However, considering the high shipping costs for international orders, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For customized orders, the quantity will depend on the color patterns and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?

3.How do you control the quality ?
A: We have dedicated quality control (QC) teams that meticulously inspect every order before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality in every product.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, free samples of our regular products are available. However, the delivery cost will need to be covered by the recipient. For custom carpet samples, there will be an additional sampling cost along with the shipping charges (refer to No.14-14 for necessary details required of Custom Request before quotation).

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly! We offer both OEM and ODM services. Please provide us with your detailed customization requirements, including the logo design.

6.What is your payment terms ?
You can make payments via L/C, Paypal, T/T. Other payment terms are also available upon contact.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for in-stock goods, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving the payment and a 30% deposit. For customized orders, it takes about 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will delivery the goods after we pay you the deposit ?

A: We offer pricing options for EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF. You can choose delivery by air, sea, or express. By default, we use Jinzhou Port unless otherwise requested.
