A: For our in-stock goods, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, to optimize shipping costs, especially for international destinations, we recommend starting with at least 500 square meters. For custom orders, the quantity will depend on your chosen patterns, colors, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

A: Yes, we do provide free samples of our regular products. However, please note that delivery costs will be borne by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there will be an additional sampling fee along with shipping costs (refer to No.14-14 for custom request details before quotation).

A: Absolutely! We welcome OEM and ODM orders. Please send us your detailed customization requests, including logo specifics.

6.What is your payment terms ?
You can choose from various payment methods including L/C, Paypal, and T/T. For other payment terms, please contact us directly.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, for in-stock items, delivery will be within 3-4 days after payment and receiving a 30% deposit. For custom orders, delivery ranges between 15-30 days post-payment, depending on order quantity.

8. How do I know if you will delivery the goods after we pay you the deposit ?
A: We offer trade assurance. You can place your order securely through our trade assurance services.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We offer multiple shipping options including EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF. You can choose to have your goods delivered by air, sea, or express. By default, we ship from Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be used upon request.
