1.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For items in stock, there is no MOQ requirement. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend a minimum order of 500 square meters. For custom orders, the quantity depends on the requested pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.).

2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?
A: Absolutely. We have an advanced design team capable of meeting your specific design requests.

3.How do you control the quality ?
A: We have dedicated QC teams that inspect each order thoroughly before delivery.

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, we offer free samples of our regular products. However, the delivery cost must be covered by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there is an additional sampling cost besides shipping. (See details on No.14-14 for necessary details required for a Custom Request before quotation.)

5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly. Please provide us with your detailed requirements for the customized logo.

6.What is your payment terms ?
Payments can be made via L/C, PayPal, T/T, and other terms upon contact.

7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For in-stock items, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit. For custom orders, it takes about 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.

8. How do I know if you will delivery the goods after we pay you the deposit ?
We offer trade assurance. You can place your order through that system.

9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We provide EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. You can choose delivery by air, sea, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be arranged upon request.
