A: For in-stock goods, there is no MOQ. However, due to high international shipping costs, we recommend ordering at least 500 square meters. For custom orders, the quantity depends on the pattern colors and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of a customer-supplied sample?

4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, we provide free samples of our regular products, although the delivery cost must be covered by the customer. For custom carpet samples, there is a sampling fee plus shipping (refer to No.14-14 for custom request details before a quotation).

A: We accept payments via L/C, Paypal, T/T, and other terms are available upon contact.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For in-stock items, delivery is within 3-4 days after receiving payment. For custom orders, it takes about 15-30 days post-payment, depending on the quantity.

A: We offer trade assurance for your peace of mind. You can place your order there.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF prices. You can choose delivery by air, vessel, or express. The default port is Jinzhou Port, but other ports can be requested.
